Why I made a STUDYBLR/Study Blog?!

Today I am talking to you about the time I cheated on this blog and created another one on Tumblr. It happened last December, about the same time as I had an insane amount of school work. I learned that there was a community on Tumblr that focused specifically on productivity and “studying.” Today I tell you guys what Studyblr’s are and how they work! Enjoy!

What is it?
Studyblr is a community based on studying motivation, and aesthetically pleasing productivity. It provides students (or anyone really) looking to be productive in their life.

Why I made one?

A picture I posted on my other blog!

When I made it last December, I was feeling pretty uninspired and unmotivated and I stumbled across the hashtag studyblr and I thought it was super cool how people were posting their work online and how it gave them a strong support system. So I made one too and I started posting my work on there. Today it continues to inspire me to have a more productive life. Another reason I made it was because I was kind of frustrated with this blog. Along with 3 AP classes, I made posts every single week to post on Wednesdays. This was becoming sort of forced and the posts were so unlike me. When I started my Study Blog, It felt refreshing to be able to post about what I was actually doing and not do something to be able to post something about it. That was the main difference between that blog and this blog.

Is this blog still a thing?

Of course! This blog is my darling. I would like to post throughout the year but only once or twice a month. This will increase the quality of my content and not stress me out. If you want to see my posts daily/Weekly you can always follow my blog on tumblr. Click here to follow me or check out my page.

Thanks for reading, I want to leave you all with a beautiful quote about education.

“Education is the movement from darkness to light.”

I’m glad that you are taking time to make quality content, instead of rushing it! That’s very brave of you and it also shows how dedicated you are! I’m not too familiar with study bloggers, but it sounds extremely helpful. Looking forward to future posts from you! πŸ˜ŠπŸ’œ

    • Thank you so much! I felt like I would be disappointing readers if I don’t post every week but this summer I realized I was sacrificing the quality of my content (as well as my sanity)! I hope you enjoy my future posts too!

  2. I’m new at this blogging thing, but I promised to myself that I won’t force anything or write only on certain days.
As I’ve just made my blog, I feel very inspired and I post almost every day, but I’m sure that I won’t have the time, inspiration, nor the energy for it in the future.
So I think that you did the right step and your studyblr looks great!:)

  3. Wow, it’s been awhile since I’ve touched my study blog. I started it as freshmen but life kind of interfered. I am restarting as a YouTube to work on animations skills though.
